Mozilla Firefox Search Plugin for GFuserDB
From: Ryan Dwyer | Posted: 11/02/2006 12:42:22 PM |
youreliteness.thengamer.com/gfusers/search.zip Once installed, that little doohicky will add the userDB to the search list in the top right of Firefox (where Google is). Type a username there, press Enter, and the search results at the userDB will come up. Pure genius. To Install: - Unzip the two files to C:Program FilesMozilla Firefoxsearchplugins - Restart Firefox I will not use abbrev. |

How's about this... an FF plugin that would automatically submit new users to the userdb everytime you entered a GameFAQs topic. So as I browse through LUE the indicator at the bottom would say "Submitting..." and then after a few seconds "3 new users submitted". Rinse and repeat as I exit one thread and enter a new one. thengamer.com |

I've done all that it says, but I can't find where I should have this search plugin. Up with my toolbars? Cuz it's not on the list when I right-click. AYUDAME! |

I like ngamers idea on the toolbar that automatically submmits new users when you are looking at a gamefaqs topic, but wouldn't that be a bit difficult to design/create for youreliteness. Also it might slow the browser down slightly. Beep |

You know that droplist with Google, Amazon, etc? It should be in there. It defaults to the right of the address bar. If it's not in the list, you need to close and re-open Firefox completely. I will not use abbrev. |
