Playing with time.

You can now set more time-related stuff in your User Settings. You can now choose from:

03/03/2005 (dd/mm/yyyy)
03/03/2005 (mm/dd/yyyy)
3 March 2005 (d Month yyyy)

...and also 12 hour or 24 hour time. However, in the process of doing this everyone's date format was reset to dd/mm/yyyy, so if you had it the other way you'll have to change it back yourself. I'm also considering downing the font size for the topic/post counters, and the last action columns for the Metal (default) site display.

I will not use abbrev.
