YE, edit the first post in this topic. Notice the problem? If you're using regex, use .*? instead of .* , if ya know what I mean. If that's not how you're doing it, then I should just go fuck myself :) The Ohio State University: We are so much better than m*ch!g@n. |

I've re-written the linking part of the code but haven't changed it on the forum until some people have tested it. I've posted this on the Web Design board at GameFAQs, but if you guys would like to help test you can too. Simply go here: youreliteness.thengamer.com/linktest/ Try and break it. I will not use abbrev. |

www.tv.com/ranma-½/show/5127/summary.html Ascii characters kill it. |

^Hmm. It seems someone has already found that... Also, notice how the "http://" changes in the following: ww2.freearcade.com/ ww2.freearcade.com/ This is just one of the sites I remember had the ww2 thingy. |

Regarding the ½ thing - those are automatically encoded in the URL when you visit the site. www.tv.com/ranma-%BD/show/5127/summary.html And yeah, it notices a link is there when it sees http:// or www. I'm not fussed about making it work with ww2. I will not use abbrev. |

"Awww.That's so cute!" <_< I've seen it done. You'd be surprised how many people neglect spaces afer a sentence. I can't see how you'd get around that though. It's just me being nitpicky. =P ~ Manta ~ gfusers.ammostar.net/ |
